1) Set a goal & decide on the campaign messaging
What is your income goal?
What is your donor acquisition goal (how many new donors do you want)?
What is the campaign call to action? What is the impact going to be when you reach your goals?

2) Mobilize your current donors
Review your current donors and target those who are active donors. Don’t forget about volunteers, interns and board members! Who are you going to contact?
How are you going to encourage them to become your fundraisers or ambassadors?

3) Create a toolkit for your fundraisers

Have a toolkit easily accessible filled with tools to make the fundraiser easy! Think graphics, social media examples, sample email.
