I’m Morgan, a Global Fundraiser with almost a decade of experience in International Fundraising. In 2014, I co-founded a nonprofit in the US and immediately found my love for fundraising, storytelling, and connection. I understand first-hand the intricacies, challenges, and excitement of starting a nonprofit.
My original background is in Education where I received my Undergraduate and Masters in Education and Curriculum Development Education. This is where my love for coaching originates and where I use my background in Education when developing individualized coaching programs for fundraisers.
I continued my fundraising journey working for a variety of nonprofits and causes, diving headfirst into everything fundraising. I worked for nonprofits across East and Southern Africa as well as the US and even had the honor of winning several Global Marketing Awards for innovative and strategic marketing campaigns.
After co-founding a nonprofit and working alongside dozens of nonprofits, I knew I wanted to give back to the growing fundraising community. Fundraising doesn’t have to be overwhelming, lonely, or scary!

Most of us nonprofit leaders or fundraisers didn’t grow up saying we wanted to become a fundraiser when we were older. We often become fundraisers because we care about a cause and we want to make the world a better place.
